Our products are safe use and are not addictive in any way. Most people using it have reported no side effects
It is safe to use if you are a diabetic and have high blood pressure, but please continue monitoring your sugar levels and taking your medicine as prescribed by your doctor.


What is Erekt's store location and can I collect from you directly?

Currently, we are purely an online store and do not have a physical location. We only have a local sorting hub to fulfill orders. All orders must be placed online.

Although we trade online we do keep office hours, We are open from 9AM – 4PM Mondays to Fridays.

What are your payment options?

How long will my order take?

It may take up to 3-4 business days to be delivered to your doorstep.

Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa with a flat rate delivery fee of R99.00

Will my delivery be discreet?

All orders are packed in a non transparent courier bag. The waybill has no mention of our company name
or the contents of the parcel. We simply state your order number and Vitamins as the contents.

We only use reputable courier companies for the shipping of all our orders. We always take responsibility up
to the point of delivery, i.e. if your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged, we will replace the
affected items at no cost to you.


• Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• No Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays.
• Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door).
• The couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery otherwise the goods will be
returned, and this will delay you receiving your goods on time.
• Provide contact numbers and contact persons receiving the goods
• No deliveries to a Postal Box.
• Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our account.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
